Ah, did you? I'm glad to hear you're making new friends, Nanami-san.

Who all will you be inviting?

you, arisugawa juri-san, niijima makoto-san, takamaki ann-san....... um, i don't know haru-san's family name, but she said she'd be the one to invite arisugawa-san and she's taking care of the food. she's been trying to teach me some things about cooking and baking, but i'm not confident enough in my skills yet to serve anyone.

if you haven't met any of them yet, they're all really nice people..... i think.

I've met a few. I'm not familiar with Niijima-san or Takamaki-san, but the others are fine. I wasn't aware there were so many girls here that liked games.

yup, girls only. actually, haru-san and niijima-san are pretty much beginners, i think. i've only seen ann-san play a dating sim, so i don't know how much she likes other genres. arisugawa-san definitely has skills, so she must like games a lot..... probably.

if there were boys... would it be a problem for you, kirigiri-san?

It's more that it'd be a problem for all of us, wouldn't it?

It's hard to have a girls-only party if boys are invited.

well, that's true...... i was thinking that, if this goes well, maybe i could do it again and invite more people. but half of the other people i know are boys.

soundwave-san showed me around when i first got here, and then we got ice cream together during the festival. i would've invited her, but it seems like everyone coming so far knows at least one or two of the other girls, and that might be intimidating if she doesn't know anyone but me.... i think. i'll ask her if she wants to come next time.

luke-san is a boy i met during the festival. he was having a hard time 'cuz of the dust, so i got us both some cake. i don't think his world has video games, but from what he's said, it kinda sounds like an rpg itself.....

speaking of which, kairi-san sounds like she's from a world like that, too. and she likes games! i've been playing celestial gully co-op with her. i haven't met her in person yet... but i know she's super nice.

the other people i've met..... i'm not sure which of them would enjoy gaming. what about you, kirigiri-san? are there people you'd wanna invite to something like this if we do it again?

Maybe. Certainly I know some people who enjoy video games, but I'm not sure if they'd accept an invitation like that from me.

I doubt I know anyone who likes them as much as you do, though.

well..... everyone has something they like, don't they? something they feel really passionate about... video games just happen to be mine.

you have something like that too, don't you?

That may be so, but not everyone reaches the level that you have. It must take a lot to earn the title of "Super High School Level Gamer".

That thing of mine is a little different than most people's, though.

you're right....... probably. though it can't be more difficult than reaching super high school level in any talent. either way... i don't think that's really the most important thing.

can i ask what it is? what you care about, i mean.

You said I'm a member of the Future Foundation, didn't you? So surely you must be aware of what "that skill" of mine is.

yeah, i know. but i was talking..... about what i love.

in the case of video games, yep. i mean, i love other things too, like my friends and family, for example. but when it comes to video games... i feel like they're the one place where my feelings and my abilities overlap.
